What began as a dream...
Nick Castelli and his twin brother, Jason, always talked about opening a shop together - a place where craftsmanship, connection, and community could come together. Jason, a fellow firefighter like Nick, passed away unexpectedly in 2018. His loss was heartbreaking, and it also lit a spark in Nick. It became the push needed to turn their shared dream into a reality.
After retiring from a long and dedicated career in the fire service, Nick opened the shop - not just to stay busy, but to build something meaningful. What started as a hobby in honor of his brother quickly began to grow, fueled by word of mouth and a commitment to quality work. In October 2021, Nick met Cody through mutual friends, and the two instantly connected over shared values and a passion for the trade.
The rest, as they say, is history. Today, the shop stands as a tribute to hard work, legacy, and the power of community.

Meet Nick
Founder | Owner | Master Craftsman
Nick Castelli brings a lifetime of experience, discipline, and legacy to the craft of upholstery. Originally from Long Island, New York, Nick moved to Florida in the late 1980s, carrying with him a deep-rooted appreciation for hands-on work and attention to detail.
As a second-generation trimmer, Nick began learning the art of upholstery from his father, who ran a custom restoration shop in southwest Florida. By age 11, Nick was already behind the sewing machine - developing skills that would shape his life’s work.
Before opening his own shop, Nick served as a Division Chief in the fire department, where he led with dedication and integrity - qualities that define his approach to every project. His craftsmanship is built on decades of hands-on experience, a respect for tradition, and a passion for quality.
Outside the shop, Nick enjoys spending time with his kids, making the most of family moments whenever he's not stitching or restoring something back to life.
For Nick, upholstery isn’t just a trade—it’s a family legacy carried forward with pride and precision.

Meet Cody
Owner | Craftsman | Outdoor Enthusiast
Born and raised under the Florida sun, Cody combines precision, creativity, and a passion for restoration in everything he does. With a background in engineering, aeronautical science, and business management, Cody brings a unique blend of technical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to the craft of upholstery, restoration and repair.
What began as a hobby in August of 2012 - just a man, a sewing machine, and a healthy dose of curiosity - quickly turned into a lifelong passion. Entirely self-taught, Cody found joy in the process of reviving automotive and boat interiors, custom pieces, and giving new life to the worn and well-loved.
When he’s not at the shop, Cody is fully in his element outdoors. Whether he's surfing the Florida coast, SCUBA diving below it, or out fishing on a boat, he brings the same hands-on focus and love for the details that define his upholstery work.
For Cody, this isn’t just craftsmanship—it’s personal. Every stitch tells a story, and every project is a chance to blend form, function, and Florida flair.
